On request we perform guest selection at the entrance. Our trained staff spot potential troublemakers early and deny entry — within the legal framework and according to the client's wishes. Violence potential is reduced to a minimum.
Interior & patrol
Inside we position our staff at all relevant points to intervene as quickly as possible. Through patrols and constant radio contact we identify and resolve problems on the spot.
De-escalation
We are courteous but firm. In case of conflict we first exhaust every communicative option to de-escalate the situation.
