We process personal data in good faith, proportionately, for defined purposes and only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. We do not sell personal data.

Server log data: when the website is accessed, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system are processed. This data is used for secure operation, error analysis and abuse prevention.

Contact data: if you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, telephone number, content of the enquiry) in order to respond and to prepare a possible business relationship.

Local settings: your language choice and your cookie decision are stored solely in your browser and are not transmitted to us.

Processing is based on our overriding interest in the secure and functional operation of the website, on the initiation or performance of a contract, on statutory retention obligations, or on your consent where such consent is required.

We disclose personal data only where necessary to operate the website or provide our services, in particular to hosting and IT providers who are contractually bound to confidentiality and data protection, or where we are legally required to do so.

Map: we embed a map from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation. The map is only loaded once you accept the corresponding cookies or external content.

Fonts: we use Google Fonts. Loading them establishes a connection to Google servers and transmits your IP address.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by statutory retention periods (generally ten years for business records). Data is then deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future and to object to processing.

A message to info@securia.ch is sufficient to exercise these rights. We may request proof of identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or a competent European supervisory authority.
