Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the basis for security services provided by Securia. Individual contracts and quotations apply in addition.

Last updated: August 2026

01

Scope

These terms apply to all offers, services and contracts between Securia and the client, as well as to the use of this website. Deviating conditions of the client apply only if confirmed in writing.

02

Conclusion of contract

Information on this website is non binding and does not constitute a legal offer. A contract is concluded only upon written order confirmation or signature of a service agreement.

03

Services

The type, scope, location and duration of security services are governed by the relevant individual contract. Securia deploys trained and vetted personnel and provides services in line with recognised industry standards and applicable cantonal regulations on the private security sector.

Securia owes the careful performance of the agreed services, but not a specific outcome or the prevention of every conceivable damage.

04

Client obligations

The client ensures that all information, access, permits and safety precautions required for the assignment are available in good time and that the site complies with employment and safety law requirements.

05

Prices and payment

The agreed rates apply plus VAT and any expenses. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable net within 30 days. Default interest of 5 % p.a. applies to late payment.

06

Cancellation

Assignments may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before they begin, unless otherwise agreed. For later cancellations, the agreed effort may be invoiced in full or in part.

07

Liability

Securia is liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by its employees, within the limits of statutory provisions and its existing business liability insurance.

Liability for slight negligence, indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit and damage caused by third party auxiliaries is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

08

Confidentiality

Both parties treat all information obtained during the cooperation as confidential. This obligation survives the end of the contractual relationship. Securia employees are bound by a written confidentiality undertaking.

09

Non solicitation

During the term of the contract and for twelve months thereafter, the client shall not solicit or employ Securia personnel without prior written consent.

10

Use of the website

Use of this website is at your own risk. Automated scraping, circumventing security measures, impairing availability and reusing content without written consent are prohibited.

11

Severability, governing law and jurisdiction

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Swiss law applies; the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
